The most notable feature right away is the inclusion of two small shutter speed selector buttons next to the primary dial. These allow you to move an LED to your desired shutter speed when looking through the eyepiece and feels like very natural after a few minutes of shooting.
As intuitive and efficient as these buttons are, they can be a fail point with age and improper storage. Oxidation to contacts and gummy rubber gaskets are the two most common issues with ME Supers these days, both of which do have remedies.
